- A color map indicating the location of schools in the vicinity of your property
- Eye-opening disclosures and advisories for 24 hazards not required by law to be released, such as proximity of critical habitats, nearby farmlands, mining operations, commercial/industrial zones, airports and more
Our Natural Hazard Disclosure report also includes a property tax disclosure at no extra charge, which alerts you to Mello-Roos and/or 1915 Bond Act District assessments, the current assessed value of the property, and current levies against the property.
